The Fourth Division was a unit in ComStar's Com Guards.

Immediately prior to the Clan Invasion, the regular ranked 4th Division, then a IV-omicron mix referred to by the nickname of Cautious Words, was assigned to the Sixth Army and was headquartered on the Free Worlds League world of Granara.[1]
As part of the Sixth Army, the 4th would face Clan Steel Viper during the Battle of Tukayyid. [2] [3] As of this writing, there is little written detail on the 4th Division after Tukayyid, with no mention if the unit had been destroyed, demobilized or had defected to the Word of Blake, merely no longer appearing among the Com Guard TOE.
