The Carmelita system was the location of at least one habitable world or construct and as of 2767 was located in the Blommestein Province of the Outworlds Alliance.[1]

System Description[edit]

The Carmelita system is located near the La Ligua and Quines systems and was one of the farthest-spinward systems to be colonized by the Outworlds Alliance.[1]

System History[edit]

The Carmelita system was either settled during the Star League era at some point after the end of the Reunification War, or was an already-settled system that was incorporated into the Outworlds Alliance during this era and became significant enough for the nations of the Inner Sphere to begin recording its location on maps.[2][3] Carmelita vanished from maps during the First Succession War,[4][5][6] indicating that the system had either been abandoned, depopulated, or rendered too insignificant to merit further recording.
