Cynthia Byrd was a Precentor XI within Comstar who was raised to command Tenth Army in 3052 after Tukayyid until 3067.[1][2][3]
She was not a fan of Victor Steiner-Davion, but Byrd's grudging acceptance of him was based on entirely upon her respect for Anastasius Focht's judgement.[1][2][3]
