The Eagle Rest system was home to at least one habitable world or construct and as of 2750 was located in the Ballad Province of the Magistracy of Canopus.[1][2]

System Description[edit]

The Eagle Rest system is located near the Helvetica and Weistheimer systems.[1][2]

System History[edit]

The Eagle Rest system was either settled at some point during the Star League era after the end of the Reunification War, or was an already-inhabited system that became significant enough during this era for Inner Sphere nations to begin recording its location on maps.[3][1][2] Eagle Rest vanished from maps during the Second Succession War,[4][5] indicating that the system had been abandoned, depopulated, or rendered too insignificant to merit further recording.

The First Ballad Volunteers were assigned to garrison Eagle Rest in 2765, guarding an important terraforming project overseen by the Department of Mega-Engineering.[6]
