During the Wars of Reaving, the genetic line became tainted by The Society with a tailored form of "Dagdan brain fever," which caused a form of brain fever that slowly deteriorated synapses, effectively causing a “dumbing down” effect.[2] Within two months, every Trueborn Warrior of the line was dead.[2]
