Gloria Poquet was a Precentor within ComStar who was the XO of the 116th Division when Raymond Garibaldi was the commanding officer.[1][2]
She took command of the 116th Division after Tukayyid.[1] She was as much a maverick as her former commander had been and that made her a natural replacement for Raymond Garibaldi.[2]
