Jake Rule was a Word of Blake Precentor who led the 4th Division from its formation until at least 3067.[1][2]
History[edit]
He was extremely friendly and outgoing. Rule actually ran one of the tightest Divisions in the Blakist Militia, well aware that his troops and machines must be constantly maintained at their best to pull off the dangerous maneuvers that were the Division's hallmark. Rule was a member of the True Believer faction.[1]
