Jorges Ulbrecht was the commanding officer of the 3rd Drakøns in 3034.[1]

He commanded the unit at its initial creation and received praise for his actions during the Ronin War, especially his handling of the Nightstalker situation. When Överste Ulbrecht discovered that Johiro's Regiment was attempting to protect the largely Combine citizens of the city of Kiertenbach on Orestes, the Överste made contact with Tai-sa Tadaki Johiro and struck a deal to help evacuate the citizenry if the regiment would stand down. After watching for any treachery, the Night Stalkers stood down and surrendered to Republic forces in mid-August.[1][2]
