Mercenary Unit Thwarts Kidnapping[edit]
It has been confirmed that a Lyran loyalist plot to abduct the family of Eaton Governor Jonathan Thayer was prevented last week when [MERCENARY UNIT NAME HERE] defeated the would-be kidnappers on the gubernatorial estate. The Eaton Senate’s mercenary liaison, Adrianna Mackey, has cited the mercenaries for outstanding performance in service to the Free Skye movement. The governor, now reunited with his family in Eaton’s capital, called this attack a cowardly ploy by a desperate enemy. He promises a swift retaliation that will unify the Isle of Skye region in its support of the Free Skye movement.
