Rollo Rourke was the Duke and President of Metals of the Earth in the end of the Third Succession War.[1]

Duke Rollo Rourke was the President of Metals of Earth. At an undisclosed time at the end of Third Succession War, it was discovered that him had created a grandiose scheme to amass a fortune large enough to get him out of the Combine and into the Periphery, where he hoped to found his own dynasty.
Duke Rourke had been skimming profits as well as using Metals of the Earth's military assets to intimidate the populations of the worlds where his mines operated. He intended to use his might to tyrannize the citizens of those planets, foment a series of uprisings that would divert attention from his theft of resources and materials while he made a quick exit via hyperspace to the periphery.
Before he could complete the final stages of his plan, Subhash Indrahar presented Takashi Kurita with irrefutable documentation of Rourke's, and he was immediately executed.[1]
