After his unit was defeated, he abandoned his BattleMech and tried to evade capture by disguising himself as a priest in Alfagemini City. However, he was captured after Cranston Snord recognized him while in the city's open market. When he was left behind by the mercenaries to answer to his superiors for his defeat, Nage committed suicide.[2][1][3]

Notes[edit]
Colonel Nage was initially featured in The Kell Hounds where there seems to be some confusion as to what his given name and command was. Page 5 of The Kell Hounds names him as Ruger with the 13th, but page 30 states his name is Oliver with the 30th. These issues appeared to be clarified in Mercenary's Handbook 3055 on page 58. However, the re-release of the "Lowering The Boom" scenario from The Kell Hounds in 2008 as a scenario from BattleCorps has Nage's name listed once again as Oliver.[4][3]
