Fourth Succession WarEdit

In late 3028 Capellan Confederation Armed Forces casualties of the Fourth Succession War were being treated in hospitals on Scarborough, as part of efforts by the Free Worlds League to support - however reluctantly - the Confederation as an ally under the terms of the Concord of Kapteyn. On the 2nd of December a hospital treating Capellan casualties was bombed; this provoked the remains of a Capellan tank regiment resting and undergoing refitting on the planet to attack the local police station, alleging that the attack was a plot launched by the Duchy of Andurien.[16]

In retaliation for the attack on the police station the Fourth Defenders of Andurien brutally suppressed the Capellan troops, and the leader of the Duchy, Dame Catherine Humphreys, declared war on the Capellan Confederation, deploying Andurien troops to attack or invade a number of Capellan systems.[16]
