Talk:Dropships - Transport Capacity

Page Question[edit]

Hy, i think we don't need the page, the most of the page content is added in the own DropShip article, when the infoxis missed, we put it on it, i wait for any thoughts, then i put the deletion tag.--Doneve 21:01, 1 February 2011 (UTC)

I can actually see some use for tables of this sort. They might be useful as sub-pages, with links provided from the respective main article (i.e. DropShips/Transport capacity table), but I would not want them to mar the main article. This could be done for a lot of tables in various articles that list minutiae in excruciating detail, such as the lineups and organisation tables of given military units at given times, deployment tables in offensives such as the 4th Succession War and the War of 3039, etc.. Some people dig this level of detail, some want nice, concise and brief articles. Sub-pages may be a helpful approach here. Frabby 22:12, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
Okidoky, no-comment, i agree with your reason.--Doneve 22:19, 1 February 2011 (UTC)

Delete?[edit]

I lightly support deleting this page. Reasons:

  • This page is an orphan (only a redirect points here, and that redirect is an orphan).
  • This page is not automatically populated, unlike some others, and so is high maintenance if it is to be kept current.
  • No sources, and someone would have to do a lot of digging to get it properly cited.

I say "lightly" because some may want to save it. As an alternative, allow an interested editor to remove the cleanup tags, move it into their User-space, and work on improving it?--Talvin (talk) 12:22, 19 May 2022 (EDT)

As-is, the article should be deleted. If it were fixed and updated it would be worth keeping.--Cache (talk) 12:31, 19 May 2022 (EDT)
