Overview[edit]
The result of a Combine research team's (containing ex–Smoke Jaguar scientists) ISF-ordered project to create a biological weapon capable of killing enemy frogmen. The lab was located in Kobe, Solaris City. Several of the Toorimas broke free from the lab and killed most of the research team. They then escaped into the nearby harbor.
