Ulthan Everson served as Precentor Tharkad, advocate Precentor on the First Circuit and overseeing command of all ComStar hyperpulse generators in the Lyran Commonwealth.
History[edit]
Ulthan Everson joined the ComStar order during the Third Succession War, rising to the rank of Precentor Tharkad, serving on the Order's First Circuit during the reign of Julian Tiepolo. Everson would remain a member of the First Circuit during the Fourth Succession War, during meeting on August 21 3028 questioning how Precentor ROM Tojo Jarlath's agents had not been able to see the massive Armed Forces of the Federated Suns and Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces military buildups.[3]
Remaining on the First Circuit after the death of Julian Tiepolo and the ascension of Primus Myndo Waterly, Everson would join Precentor New Avalon Huthrin Vandel in arguing against her promotion of both younger and ardent supporters such as Sharilar Mori and Gardner Riis to help tip control of the First Circuit in her favor.[4]
Immediately prior to the Clan Invasion, Ulthan Everson was the main opposition on the First Circuit to Primus Waterly's more active participation in Inner Sphere politics, Everson holding a staunchly conservative interpretation of Blake's word that led to repeated clashes with the Primus and her more liberal interpretation of ComStar doctrine and policies. Wolfnet noted those Precentors who were unhappy at having an expanded ROM breathing down their neck reportedly threw their support over to him.
In January 3052, Ulthan Everson remained Precentor Tharkad.[1] Along with Precentor New Avalon, Everson was deeply concerned by Primus Waterly's handling of the Clan Invasion, choosing to leak word of the upcoming Battle of Tukayyid to the leaders of both halves of the Federated Commonwealth. [5]
