Aaron Pollyea is a climate change researcher, with a heavy background in astronomy and physics. He is also a playtester and freelance writer for Catalyst Game Labs, and a member of the Catalyst Demo Team. His first published work outside of playtest material appeared in the 25 Years of Art and Fiction book where he did the art for the planets at the beginning of each chapter. Since then he has continued playtesting and running demo games of BattleTech in Lansing, MI. Other published work includes Era Report: 2750.
He goes by the nickname Gravedigger on the battletech.com forums, and it has been his callsign since he began playing Battletech in the mid-80's.
