Captain Arthur Garrett was the commander of Garrett's Company (Blue Company), Zeta Battalion of Wolf's Dragoons as of 3028.[1]

Garrett was reputed to be more reserved and cautious than his aggressive comrades in the other companies of Zeta Battalion, but despite this, his company had nearly as many kills recorded as any other in Zeta.
His caution was not however indicative of any cowardice, as shown by his brave death during the Battle of Misery (3028), where he was lost saving most of his company.[1]
