A cool and quiet person, Arthur Williams enjoyed going out to visit the places where unit was deployed to view the infinite variety of the human condition. He was intensively loyal to his friends, helping them when in trouble. He would obey and follow Takiro Ikeda's lead without question.[2]
Williams died during the combat drop the Black Widow Company made to attack New Delos and capture Anton Marik.[1]
