Overview

Dark Age: 3132-3134 INN was originally a subsection of pages presented on LinkNet, the official website for the MechWarrior: Dark Age (MWDA) game, from 2003 to 2009, presented as articles, correspondence and editorials published to provide some form of news and communication in the wake of the Blackout to the residents of the planet Towne through INN.

After Topps, Inc. discontinued the MWDA game in 2008 and took the LinkNet website down, Catalyst Game Labs began to host the entries, assembled into a downloadable PDF document named Dark Age: 3132-3134 INN.

The last, untitled, entry is dated 03/09/3134. It announces that a shortage of spare parts following a Stormhammers attack in the previous year has made the INN service unsustainable, and that the Towne ComStar INN will cease operations immediately.

Going forward, the universe-building and timeline advancing on the LinkNet website was via diary-style PDA entries which were complied into the separate Dark Age: 3135 PDA Journals document.
