David Kyster was the aide to the commanding officer of the Unified Duchy Military Command as of 3085.[1]
History[edit]
Colonel Kyster, serving as the commander of the Sixth Marik Militia, was stationed on Holt in 3050 and on Megrez in 3059.[2][3] A hard-line disciplinarian, Colonel Kyster was displeased with the Sixth Marik's recent performance in their field exercises and was determined to maintain the Sixth Marik's reputation for successful assault operations.[3] After the Sixth Marik's rescue of the remnants of Kristen's Krushers on Arcadia during the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Colonel Kyster remained in command of the now-famous regiment.[4][5] When the Free Worlds League dissolved due to the chaos of the Jihad, newly promoted General Kyster became the aide to Duke Marshal Photon Brett-Marik, head of the Duchy of Tamarind-Abbey's personal military forces.[1]
