David Madsen was a founding member of Clan Goliath Scorpion and the Madsen Bloodname.[1]

Madsen participated in Operation Klondike, ilKhan Nicholas Kerensky's campaign to reconquer the Pentagon Worlds.[1]
He formed part of the Goliath Scorpion's successful bid to take Kepler Atoll in the seas of Dagda with only infantry, one of the giant mobile sea bases on that world which had been constructed to exploit the rich resources of its oceans. Together with fellow Goliath Scorpion warrior Naomi Djerassi he initially accepted the surrender of the Atoll, only to be attacked as he prepared to leave by local warlord Marco Wye and his forces.
Madsen killed five of his attackers before falling to their assault when his pistol jammed, his body being thrown into the sea afterwards.[2]
