Governor David Yamaguchi was the Planetary Governor of Nirasaki, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 to 3135.[1][2][3]

In June 3135, Governor Yamaguchi was forced to protest with Legate Roland Larsen the withdrawal of waste disposal services to Nirasaki City by Sanfield Disposal Services, following the failure of his government to meet contractual payments owed.[3]
