Colonel Dolmann Kavajk was the commander of the Capellan Hussars, with the Capellan Confederation, as of 3025.[1]

Kavajk was as of 3025, short and stocky, with a neat Van Dyke beard and finely manicured nails.[1]
History[edit]
Born on Calloway VI, in 2979, Kavajk was a friend of the future Chancellor Maximilian Liao from a young age. As he matured, he became a skilled MechWarrior, as well a fine horseman.
Second in commander of the Red Lancers in 2990 when Maximilian seized power from his father, Kavajk killed his CO in order to secure the support of his Regiment for the new Chancellor. As a reward Maximilian Liao promoted Kavajk to command of the Capellan Hussars on Sian, one of the most prestigious posts within the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces, which is responsible for the personal safety of the Chancellor, his family and other VIPs. Despite their close relationship, Maximilian did not however fully trust Kavajk, as his gambling and womanizing where a source of political embarrassment. Aligned with the Maskirovka as one of their agents, and resentful of the power of the Warrior Houses, Kavajk compensated for some of his insecurities by participating in political intrigues targeted against Shiao-zhang Karl Yaquinto Yadi.
Kavajk also often acted as Colonel Pavel Ridzik's second in command on important missions, in which role he was responsible for tactical coordination of the Capellan offensives against the Federated Suns on Redfield and Stein's Folly.[1]
