Donna Steiner was Frederick Steiner's sister and mother of Ryan Steiner.

Donna was an instructor at the Nagelring during Morgan Kell's time there and married at the academy, with Morgan among the honor guard. Her son Ryan was born in 3005.[citation needed]
She later served with the Winfield Guards and was killed in 3011
