Colonel Emerson Vincent was the commander of the First Free Worlds Guards, with the Free Worlds League, from at least 3145 to 3151.[1][2]

Vincent, with the First Free Worlds Guards, was based on Ionus as of 3145.[1] By 3151, after being deployed to the Clan Protectorate to beef up its defenses, Vincent was publicly making his wishes known for the First to be given an offensive engagement in order to take the fight up to the FWL's enemies.[2]
