Emily Stevens was a military officer in the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth and was the commanding officer of the Fourteenth Lyran Guards as of 3050.[1]

Colonel Stevens, commanding the Thirty-sixth Lyran Guards, was stationed on Cavanaugh in 3025.[2] By 3050, now-Marshal Stevens commanded the Fourteenth Lyran Guards and was stationed on Ford.[1]
