Sang-shao Gweilung Pham was the commander of the Fourth Confederation Reserve Cavalry, with the Capellan Confederation, as of 3145.[1]
History[edit]
During Operation CELESTIAL REWARD, Pham would divide the Fourth Confederation Reserve Cavalry into flanking columns to envelope Armed Forces of the Federated Suns formations, relying on the accompanying House Hiritsu to hammer the pinned enemy. The success of Pham maneuver was the source of the Fourth nickname, the "Ox-Head Reapers".[2]
As of December 3145, Pham and Fourth Confederation Reserve Cavalry were based on Avigait.[1]
