Ishtar von Nielsburg was the commanding officer of the Fifth Sun Zhang Academy Cadre as of 3025.[2]

Tai-sa von Nielsburg, serving with the Fifth Sun Zhang Cadre, was stationed on Moritz in 3025 and was stationed on Caldrea by 3050.[2][3] In 3059, von Neilsburg was promoted to Sho-sho and continued to command the Fifth Cadre on Altona.[1] Following Operation BULLDOG and the First Combine-Dominion War, von Nielsburg was demoted to Tai-sa and was stationed in Brocchi's Cluster with the Fifth Cadre as of 3067.[4]
