Major General Jayne Badler was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's V Corps from at least 2764 to 2772.[1][2]

Badler was initially a logistics officer as she came up the ranks, and therefore constantly had to prove herself to her combat colleagues, each time she was assigned a new posting. Reaching Corps command prior to the New Vandenberg Uprising, Badler's V Corps was based in the Lyran Commonwealth, where her focus was keeping her troops protected from the political tensions and social scene, which might distract from the job of soldiering.[1]
She retained command of V Corps during the Amaris Civil War, leading them during the liberation of Zebebelgenubi in 2772, at which time V Corps included the temporarily assigned 71st Light Horse Regiment.[2]
