Jorma Polviander was a Major General in the Star League Defense Force.
Biography
He rose to the commanding post of the IV Corps between 2762 and 2765.[1]
Jorma Polviander was a native of Rasalhague. He instituted a new training and command regimen when he took command in 2762, and many soldiers who didn't perform up to his standards were disciplined or transferred. The IV Corps had the highest number of courts-martial and non-judicial punishments of any Corps in the SLDF because Major General Polviander refused to accept unprofessional behavior from any of his troops.[1]
