Lisa Orsini was the commanding officer of the Fifteenth Lyran Regulars as of 3050.[2]

Leftenant General Orsini, serving with the Fifteenth Lyran Regulars, was stationed on Hood IV in 3050.[2] By 3062, now-Colonel Orsini continued to command the Fifteenth Regulars on Hood IV. Orsini had joined the Fifteenth Regulars in the 3040s as a company commander and became the veritable mascot of the unit after spending most of her adult life with, and at the helm of, the Bully Boys. Unfortunately, the long years of fighting had begun to take their toll on Orsini, with her cautious orders and reluctance to engage the Clan Smoke Jaguar forces on Lonaconing during Operation Bulldog representing a break in character for both her and the Fifteenth Regulars.[1]
During the Jade Falcon Incursion, Orsini's Fifteenth Regulars were dispatched to reclaim the world of Adelaide from the invading forces of Clan Jade Falcon. Orsini's troops landed on 30 March 3065 and pushed the First Falcon Swoop Cluster hard, removing them from the world on 29 May.[3] After the end of the Incursion and the larger Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Orsini remained at the helm of the Fifteenth Regulars and was stationed on Zhongshan by 3067.[4]
