Margaret Tulliver was a member of the famed mercenary unit Wolf's Dragoons.[1]

Margaret Tulliver was one of those who operated within the Dragoons' intelligence organization, known more commonly as Wolfnet. By 3058, Tulliver had reached the rank of Major General and was serving as the Deputy Director of Wolfnet.[2] Tulliver would supervise the production of several updated or revised Technical Readouts,[1][3][2][4][5] as well as review and process details from the Refusal War[6]. She would continue to serve as Deputy Director of Wolfnet until at least March 3070.[7]
