Captain Morgan Summers was an officer in Wolf's Dragoons, who served as the commander of Summers's Company of Charlie Battalion in Delta Regiment between 3024 and 3028.[1]

Summers was reputed to be both reserved and a teetotaler, and known to dislike both alcoholics (like his commander Major Neil Parella), as well fiery flamboyant officers who unnecessarily risked the lives of their troops (like his fellow Delta Regiment company commander Captain Justin Holbrook).
By contrast, Summers maintained rigid discipline, and lost only two MechWarriors during his four years as company commander.
Summers' company was held in reserve during the Battle of Misery in 3028, which incensed him, as did the questionable decisions of Major Neil Parella. When Parella retained command after Misery, Summers resigned from the Dragoons in disgust.[1]
