Oma Kurita was the younger sister of Jason Kurita and the great granddaughter of Urizen Kurita. [2])

History

She was youngest child of Vladimir Kurita and was though dead in the same terrorist attack on Rasalhague by rebels from the Principality of Rasalhague in December 2375 that killed most of the family branch. She was 18-years old at that time though her body not found among the dead.[3]

When word of Oma Kurita's fate became known in 2377, Adam Kurita led the rescue operation. After several harrowing encounters and an exhaustive firefight, Oma and her newborn son, Daniel, returned to the safety of New Samarkand. Oma apparently had fallen in love with Jan Sorenson, the High Chieftain of her captors, and in a strange and fortuitous turn of Stockholm Syndrome, married him. Jan was killed during the rescue mission.

Oma never recovered from grief for her husband, sinking deep into an addiction to absinthe. At only forty years of age, she died in 2397 from chronic liver failure and related complications.[4]
