Procyon and the Blackout[edit]
On 7 August 3132, the day of the Blackout, Harwell, affiliated with the secretly reconstituted Com Guards, was at the Procyon HPG compound, disguised as a technician and looking in to a series of strange technical problems. When the compound was attacked by unknown assailants, Harwell, alongside Republic Knight-Errant Ravi Talwar, fought in its defense. During the defense, Talwar saw the intervention of battle armor in Com Guard colors, and concluded that the Com Guards had been reconstituted. Harwell murdered Talwar, concealing the presence of ComStar armed forces, and kept this murder secret from resident Precentor Jordan DeSolvo.[4]
