Randolph Kanni was the commanding officer of the Word of Blake Militia's Third Division as of 3062.[1]
History[edit]
Precentor XIV Kanni, serving with the Third Division, was stationed on Terra in 3062. A fervent True Beleiver and old friend of William Blane, Kanni defected from ComStar alongside Blane and felt slighted at being passed up for the position of Precentor Martial. Kanni was very vocal about his opinions and was extremely hard on any members of the Third Division who were not also True Believers, leading to nearly all non-Believer soldiers transferring out of the unit. Despite being spoken to by both Blane and Precentor Martial Cameron St. Jamais, it was considered unlikely that Kanni would change his ways.[1]
In 3066, Kanni was replaced as commander of the Third Division by his executive officer, David Fellers.[2]
