Legate Roland Larsen was the Planetary Legate of Nirasaki, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 to 3135.[1][2][3]
History[edit]
In June 3135, Legate Larsen was forced to protest the withdrawal of waste disposal services to Nirasaki City by Sanfield Disposal Services, following the failure of Governor David Yamaguchi's government to meet contractual payments owed.[3]
