Rumi Vyse was the commanding officer of the Thirty-fourth Marik Militia as of 3085.[1]

Force Commander Vyse, serving as the executive officer of the Thirty-fourth Marik Militia, was stationed on Amity in 3059.[2] When the Free Worlds League was dissolved in the wake of the Jihad, now-Colonel Vyse took command of a broken and demoralized Thirty-fourth Marik Militia under the umbrella of the Unified Duchy Military Command and by 3085 was stationed on Promised Land.[1][3]
