Shin Wolf was a MechWarrior, serving with a Lancers Skirmish Star within the Wolf Lancers, during the Dark Age Era.[1]

Shin had black eyes and brown hair.[1]
History[edit]
Born in the Taurian Concordat under the name Shin Jurgens, Shin received MechWarrior training, and was indoctrinated into the traditional Taurian fear of the Federated Suns. During a debate with an elderly local in a bar on the border world of Carmichael however, Shin came to realize this fear came from an irrational inferiority complex, and left the Concordat as a disillusioned man. Living as a drifter, after arriving in the Republic of the Sphere in 3130, Shin became enamored with the clarity offered by the philosophy of the Clans and Clan Wolf in particular.[1]
Successful in a Trial of Position to enter the Wolf Lancers, Shin was given command of a Lancers Skirmish Star, which as of 3133 also included Kris Wolf, Dolester Vickers, Troi Carns and Edbird Wolf.[2]
BattleMech[edit]
Shin was known to have piloted an Uller OmniMech, serial number JF589-31G, nicknamed "Pride". Built before the Clan Invasion, this 'Mech served with Clan Jade Falcon in Operation REVIVAL battles on Twycross, Tukayyid and Morges, with a different MechWarrior at the helm each time. It was however captured during the FedCom Civil War by Lyran Alliance forces under General Adam Steiner. Remaining in service with the LAAF until it was damaged during the battles on Hesperus II during the Word of Blake Jihad, the 'Mech was salvaged by the Republic after the war, and rebuilt for their own use.[1]
