Relevance to Sarna?[edit]

I know the game was published by FASA but is that enough for it to be relevant to Sarna?--Dmon (talk) 14:10, 11 March 2022 (EST)

Coming in on the fence, here, could be persuaded either way. It has relatively few links, mainly authors and of course FASA itself. "How does it help?" and "How does it hurt?" are my questions, I guess.--Talvin (talk) 14:13, 11 March 2022 (EST)
Based on the date of creation (Sarna's first month), I suspect I was trying to demo a broad spectrum of what the wiki could do (a separate encyclopedia run by one fan was its preceding competition at the time). As the creator of the article, I'm perfectly neutral and aligned with however consensus develops as to its fate. --Revanche (talk|contribs) 14:14, 11 March 2022 (EST)
Sarna evolved in a different direction. This really doesn't fit anymore. I think that keeping it sets a bad precedent for other/future content. I support removal.--Cache (talk) 15:38, 11 March 2022 (EST)
Took some time to mull this over, and also looked at the Shadowrun page, which has similar issues. (However, there is an April Fool's crossover between BattleTech and Shadowrun, BattleRun: Best Ever, so I suggest treating that as a separate topic.) I now come down on the side of "removal" for Star Trek. I cannot see how this offers value to Sarna's current mission, and I can see it becoming a distraction. Wikipedia, along with presumably other sources, adequately document FASA's history with other games. In the event that it is removed, I offer my services for link clean-up duty.--Talvin (talk) 20:02, 11 March 2022 (EST)
Thank you for the input folks, I will kill the page and sort out its wikilinks as soon as I get the time.--Dmon (talk) 04:10, 13 March 2022 (EDT)
Only thing that links here now is Talk pages. All regular pages now point to Star Trek. --Talvin (talk) 09:22, 13 March 2022 (EDT)
Good collaboration work, all. (▰˘︹˘▰)--Revanche (talk|contribs) 09:38, 13 March 2022 (EDT)
