Thad Opel was an Inspector working for the Solaris Civic Council.[1]

History[edit]

In 3051 he was in charge of controlling the toll that the Solaris Civic Council had added to the North Bridge, located in North Pier, Solaris City.

Thad was known to accept any bribe and also known for trying to extort money for the small vendors that make the bridge his place of work.[1]
