Thelma Speroni was the commanding officer of the Fourth Alliance Guards' Infantry Brigade as of 3062.[1]

Colonel Speroni, serving with the Fourth Alliance Guards, was stationed on Lipton in 3062. Speroni had called in numerous favors to block the dismemberment of her rebuilding brigade following its withdrawal from the Sarna March and, while she was successful, feared that her actions had jeopardized her career and destroyed her chances of further promotion.[1] Despite this, Speroni still served with the Fourth Guards after the Federated Commonwealth Civil War and was stationed on Thorin by 3067.[2]
