Treyhang Liao was a Capellan noble and leader of Free Capella.[1][2]
History[edit]
Firstborn son of Tormano Liao, Treyhang grew estranged from his father, mainly for his manipulative and devious' nature. When it began the Capellan-St. Ives War, his father called him, and recruited him to join the Free Capella, in exchange for money. Reluctantly, Treyhang agreed. He was on Indicass,when the Black May attacks began. There, the Thugee's target was a pavilion where Tormano was to make a speech. A hovercar attacked the meeting, but it was destroyed by Treyhang's BattleMech... but it was too late. The gas killed most of the people present, including Tormano and planetary governor Siddara. Treyhang, however, survived in his 'Mech.[5]
Death[edit]
Treyhang was killed by Word of Blake Manei Domini assassins while visiting St. Ives on 30 October 3070. On his deathbed, Treyhang gave orders for the dissolution of Free Capella, so that all elements of the Capellan people could focus on defeating the Blakist threat.[1][2]
BattleMech[edit]
Treyhang was known to pilot a Helios.[6]
