Legate Viktor Ruskoff was the Planetary Legate of Liao, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 until its capture by the Capellan Confederation in 3134.[1][2][3]

History[edit]
As Legate, Ruskoff commanded the Fifth Triarii Protectors in addition to local Liao Militia, under arrangements in place since the end of the Capellan Crusades.[4]
During the Capellan Confederation's liberation of Liao in 3134, Ruskoff lead the Republic defense, ultimately being defeated by the pro-Capellan Ijori Dè Guāng forces under the command of Mai Uhn Wa and Evan Kurst. Following his surrender, Ruskoff together with the remaining Republic loyalists, were allowed to retreat off-world to Genoa.[5][6]

Ruskoff piloted a Zeus X BattleMech.[7]
