Warrior House Rakshasa was an unofficial Warrior House of the Capellan Confederation during the Jihad era, staffed by Thuggee Domini "Phansigars" from the Word of Blake Militia.

Formation[edit]
The Warrior House was raised in secret by Kali Liao and the Word of Blake's Precentor Martial Cameron St. Jamais. Unlike its sister unit, Warrior House White Tiger, its members were drawn from Blakist ranks rather than Capellan thuggees.[3]
Jihad[edit]
The Warrior House made its first public appearance in combat on Chesterton in March 3071, where they drove the planetary militia before them as the planet fell to the Confederation.[1] However Chancellor Sun-Tzu Liao disavowed the brutal warriors of the Rakshasa and assured Prince-Regent Tancred Sandoval that they would be destroyed by his own forces.[4]
The AFFS mounted a counterstrike against the Rakshasa on their homeworld of Highspire, only for the invaders to be surprised and wiped out by the Rakshasa and the hitherto-unknown White Tigers.[5] In January 3072 Angela Hasek publicly condemned the Rakshasa as war criminals and called upon Chancellor Liao to surrender their members to the Federated Suns for trial.[6]
In 3073, an intelligence team led by Damocles would attempt to infiltrate Kali's palace on Highspire and, as a target of opportunity, assassinate the inbound Cameron St. Jamais. They would come into contact with Phansigars of House Rakshasa led directly by Precentor Ravana. Though Ravana was wounded in the attack, Damocles' team would be forced to promptly withdraw. Despite his injuries, Ravana saved St. Jamais from a crashed DropShip after the end of the firefight.[7]
Warrior Houses Rakshasa and White Tiger were later secretly deployed to Sian by the Blakists for an all-out assault upon the Capellan government, which began in January 3074. On January 14th, the Rakshasa were attacking the Celestial Palace when they unexpectedly came under fire from their own brethren. At Kali Liao's order the White Tigers aided the CCAF defenders by turning on the Rakshasa, ensuring that the Blakist Warrior House was destroyed.[3][2]
