Wendell Power was the commanding officer of the Third Donegal Guards as of 3058.[1]

Leutnant-General Power, serving with the Third Donegal Guards, was stationed on Pandora in 3062. Power was given command of the Third Donegal in 3058, following the forced resignation of Thanom Hammerskjold after his disastrous leadership during the unit's heated battle against Warrior House Imarra on Styk in 3057. The former executive officer was a stickler for protocol but still managed to gain the respect of his troops, notably due to his commitment to restore the Third Donegal's flagging reputation. Power's relationship with the Third's other senior officers was less amicable, as his praising of House Imarra for teaching the unit not to underestimate its opponents wasn't looked upon favorably.[1]
Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Power remained in command of the Third Donegal Guards and was stationed on Cumbres by 3067.[2]
