William "Wild Willie" Vermillion was the commanding officer of the First NAIS Cadet Cadre as of 3067.[1]
History[edit]
Colonel Vermillion, serving with the First NAIS Cadet Cadre under Leftenant General Jonathon Sanchez, was stationed on Schedar in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Leftenant General Vermillion commanded the First Cadet Cadre on Atlas by 3067.[1]
