The [[Clans]] invade the [[Inner Sphere]]. The [[Federated Commonwealth]] defeats [[Clan Jade Falcon]] on [[Twycross]] using [[Victor Steiner-Davion]]'s battle strategy and [[Kai Allard-Liao]]'s heroics at the Great Gash. The [[Draconis Combine]] defeats [[Clan Smoke Jaguar]] on [[Wolcott]], gaining Clan 'Mechs and [[Elemental]] armor. [[Phelan Kell]] is captured by [[Clan Wolf]], eventually being adopted into the clan. [[IlKhan]] [[Leo Showers]], leader of the invasion, is killed. [[Wolf's Dragoons]] call a summit on [[Outreach]] to deal with the Clans.
