'''''Scorched Earth''''' is a scenario PDF which was created by the [[Demo Team (Catalyst)|Demo Team]], a group of freelance promoters and playtesters associated with [[Catalyst Game Labs]] . The scenarios were played out in a worldwide series of events under the supervision of the Agents during the Summer of 2017. Catalyst Game Labs subsequently made the scenario pack available for free download. This is was first World Wide Scenario produced for Battletech since 2008. As of this time, the scenario is Not [[canon]]ical.

This scenario was one of two PDFs produced for the event. These were done so players of different aspects of Battletech could enjoy in their own way. This article focus the PDF scenario book that was designed for for use by both [[Alpha Strike]] and traditional tabletop players using the [[Total Warfare]] rules.

==Overview==
The scenario focused events during the [[Clan Invasion]] of the [[Free Rasalhague Republic]] of [[New Oslo]] in July [[3050]].
This pitted FFR's [[New Oslo Militia]] & the [[GKT Volunteer Regiment]] against elements of Clan Wolf's [[Epsilon Galaxy (Clan Wolf)|Epsilon Galaxy]] fight at the site of the [[Gorton, Kingsley & Thorpe Enterprises|Gorton, Kingsley & Thorpe (GKT) Enterprises Factory Complex]].
