Aside from the fact that the entry is against our [[Policy:Moratorium]], I am of the opinion that [[Halloran Hallis]] cannot be considered a bloodnamed field officer. It amounts to jumping to conclusions to begin with, and even if he is a trueborn Hallis (we don't know that) it is highly doubtful that any remnant of Clan Wolverine, who disassociated themselves from the Clans, would maintain bloodnames in the Clan sense.
